What we cover
Our beat is narrow on purpose. We follow AI regulation as it is actually made and enforced, rather than covering the technology industry generally. In practice that means four things: rulemaking and enforcement across the major regimes, litigation that sets precedent, the standards and evaluation regimes that compliance teams are asked to meet, and the copyright questions that sit underneath all of it.
We report on India, the European Union and the United States as distinct regulatory pictures, because a compliance obligation in one is rarely an obligation in another.
Who we are for
Readers who work in legal, compliance, policy and public affairs roles, and who need to know what changed this week and whether it creates work for them. We assume you understand your own field. We do not explain what a large language model is.
How we work
Every article names its sources and links to the primary document wherever one exists: the regulation, the filing, the judgment, the agency release. Where we summarise, we link so you can check us. Where we are uncertain, we say so rather than rounding up to a clean claim.
